С 15-й версией всё собирается и работает без проблем.

Надо либо расшарить задание 365035 и я добавлю сборку с поддержкой 15-го glslang, либо этот тег добавить в задание https://git.altlinux.org/people/nenderus/packages/?p=shadps4.git;a=tag;h=refs/tags/0.4.0-alt2
