В связи с подготовкой к пришествию GIMP 3 предлагают убрать все плагины, зависящие от GIMP 2. 

gimp-plugin-laser входит в состав gineering-meta. Предлагаю убрать. Если потом оно каким-то образом заработает в новой версии, вернем обратно.
