В заголовке исходных файлов написано, что исходный код лицензируется и под BSD-style лицензией, и под GPL-2.0-only

LICENSE file in the root directory of this source tree) and the GPLv2 (found
in the COPYING file in the root directory of this source tree).
You may select, at your option, one of the above-listed licenses.

Однако в спеке указана только BSD-3-Clause

И я не знаю, насколько это критично... Лицензия в репозитории немного отличается от BSD-3-Clause.

Текст лицензии с spdx.org:

Текст лицензии в репозитории:
<...>
Neither the name Facebook, nor Meta, nor the names of its contributors may
<...>

Смысл один и тот же, но я не юрист, чтобы делать выводы, является ли это BSD-3-Clause или уже ответвлением.
