I didnt find the component which belongs to github repo https://github.com/altlinux/specs

So I just write it here:

Please add ability to import specs not for only sisyphus repo, but for all currenty supported repos like: p11, p10, c9f2 etc, and form them as git branches.

The main specs repository (which is not hosted on GitHub) contains p9, p10, and p11 branches.
