During the trying to start dockerd on a system without polkit installled , the following has gotten:

$ systemctl restart dockerd
Failed to execute /usr/bin/pkttyagent: Нет такого файла или каталога
Failed to restart dockerd.service: Access denied
See system logs and 'systemctl status dockerd.service' for details.

А это точно проблема докера, а не systemd/systemctl которому нужен pkttyagent?
