First of all, thank you so much for packaging this! This makes ALT really stand out from other distro projects.

The readme says:
   1 # Install
   2 1. PostgreSQL
   3     You can install PostgreSQL 12 or later
Every time upstream makes a release that drops support for a major postgresql version, they clearly state the new minimum version.
For NetBox 4.3.0 that would be PostgreSQL 13.
