Seems that these macros weren't included in build environment => missing BuildReq?

Дело в том, что эти макросы добавляет пакет desktop-file-utils. Я добавил его в
BuildRequires и перезалил пакет, так что проблема уже должна быть исправлена.
Если этого недостаточно я их вообще выкину.

Немного повозившись с этими макросами я их выбросил. См. сборку
file-roller-2.9-alt2.
