Выполнение railsctl setup foreman завершается ошибкой:

Дополнение к ошибке:
Тот же сбой `railsctl setup foreman` («Error code is: 3») воспроизводится на актуальной p11,
но список неразрешённых gem больше

Для воспроизведения выполнить:
# deploy foreman
...
Подготовить экземпляр Foreman...
  localhost failed | msg: The command exited with a non-zero return code. | stdout: Work dir is '/var/lib/foreman'

В логах:
# tail /var/log/foreman/bundle.log
Could not find gem 'spice-html5-rails (~> 0.1.5)' in locally installed gems.

После установки gem-spice-html5-rails (пакет в p11 есть, 0.1.5-alt1.2) - следующий отсутствующий gem:
# railsctl setup foreman; tail /var/log/foreman/bundle.log
Could not find gem 'patternfly-sass (~> 3.59.4)' in locally installed gems.

При этом Gemfile требует эти gem явно:
# grep -n spice /var/lib/foreman/Gemfile
49:gem 'spice-html5-rails', '~> 0.1.5', group: %i(alt)

Но в зависимости пакета они не вынесены:
# rpm -qR foreman | grep -E 'spice|gettext'
gem(fast_gettext) >= 2.1
gem(gettext_i18n_rails) >= 1.8

Итого `Requires` foreman не покрывает gem, которые разрешаются на этапе `railsctl setup`: spice-html5-rails (~> 0.1.5), patternfly-sass (~> 3.59.4) и gettext_i18n_rails_js (~> 1.4) - последнего в p11 нет в нужной версии (кандидат 1.3.1.1-alt0.1).
