Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new font.
2. Create shapes for any two letters, say A and B.
3. Go to Window->New Metrics window.
4. Type the text "AB".
5. Select the A shape by clicking on it. Go to Metrics->Kern Pair closeup.
6. Change the kerning (drag B around a bit) and press OK.
7. Go to Metrics->Kern Pair closeup again.
Actual Results:  
Segmentation fault. The gdb backtrace is not helpful:

Печально. У меня воспроизводится стабильно.
Но, видимо, делать нечего.

Я скоро соберу новую версию. Может там уже не будет проблеммы.
