ifup-common calls update_chrooted without any argument, which is incorrect.
'conf' argument required.

Заливаю сборку с исправленным файлом /etc/net/options.d/50-altlinux.

подтверждаю. свежеустановленная система с installer-2.9.11
в /etc/net/options.d/50-altlinux:
RESOLV_POSTIN_CMD=/sbin/update_chrooted conf
вместо RESOLV_POSTIN_CMD="/sbin/update_chrooted conf"
