Жалуются, что при обновлении Master 2.4 до текущего сизифа и xorg-6.9RC1 не
создался файл xorg.conf. 
Выход их положения -- x11createconfig > xorg.conf
Однако, обновление делалось apt-get upgrade'ом, а не apt-get dist-upgrade'ом --
может причина в этом?

сорри, оказалось что xorg ставился вообще руками, после того как все посносилось
apt'ом
