Ошибка no screens found на PCI-E картах ATI Radeon x600. Подключение монитора и
по DVI и по D-Sub. В любом текстовом или графическом режимах.

А загрузчик (syslinux) позволяет выбрать какое-либо разрешение помимо vesa и text ?

Судя по всему это имеет непосредственное отношение к #8192

А команда ddcprobe тоже падает ?

Сейчас я исправил x11createconfig, что бы он не использовал ddc в инсталяторе (а
в установленной системе - использовал). 

Соответственно в инсталяторе падать перестанет, правда как обновить образ -
сходу не скажу. Если есть возможность перезаписать болванку, то могу дать новый
файл (примерно 50Mb)
Также для тестирования можно взять x11createconfig от linhw из updates (могу
выложить отдельно), скопировать в инсталятор и попробовать его.

Давайте новый файл - с удовольствием протестирую. Правильно ли я понимаю, что
файл нужно добавить на установочный диск ? Перезаписать, думаю, смогу без особых
проблем - сохраню загрузочную область и содержимое. Пожалуйста, уточните на
всякий случай вместо какого файла нужно записать новый.

Удалил PCI-E видеокарту и установил древнюю PCI видеокарту S3 Virge.
Инсталлятор падает с той же ошибкой.

Серж, а такое для alterator-install2 актуально, бишь пробовать воспроизвести и
перевешивать на него, если поймается? (x600 под рукой нет, а #8192 закрыта)

4.0 проверен на разных Radeon, УМВР.
