acc в компакте-3 при выборе таймзоны не копирует файл из /usr/share/zoneinfo в
/etc/localtime
в etc все время болтается московская
в результате у нас в Минске время на час впереди ))

В нынешнем alterator-install2 (3cf10b125de5050d98e879838967be10cf366c6d) должно
работать.
