В системе с окружением CP1251 нечитаемые слова в русском интерфейсе.

I can\'t fix it -- ru.po does contain charset, and setlocale()/gtk_set_locale() seem to be in place and right.

Please help fix the bug till Junior 2.1

Stupid thing but the actual "bug" (remark in wrong place) was exactly in ru.po.
