Там написано Zlib license, что соответствует действительности.
Вообще-то zlib лицензия вполне полноправна, см. /usr/share/license/Zlib

Она, конечно, полноправна, но очень уж BSD-style.. Минимизация зоопарка есть
благо. Есть очень много BSD-style лицензий и если все их писать отдельно, это
добавляет больше проблем, чем создаёт преимуществ..

You can also help spread awareness of the issue by not using the term
"BSD-style", and not saying "the BSD license" which implies there is only one.
