The file uk_affix.dat located in the dictionary directory (/usr/lib/aspell)
instead of data directory (/usr/share/aspell), so the fatal error is occurred
when one tries to spell with the Ukrainian languages or dictionaries.
Steps to Reproduce:
$ aspell -l uk list

Actual Results:  
Error: The file "/usr/share/aspell//uk_affix.dat" can not be opened for reading.


Expected Results:  
Spelling the standart input stream with results

Вы часом Rysin'у не напишете?
uk_affix.dat надо ложить в data-dir.
