Попытался воспользоваться. В /media/cdrom вручную через mount -o loop примонтирован образ с live-RC. В usb вставлена гигабайтная флэшка, села она на /dev/sdh. в хост-системе есть /tmp/.private/root ? То есть используется ли pam_mktemp?
