Desktop 4.0.2 LiveCD The first time the flash memory stick is not automatically mounted. If I use the `mount' command then, it works. If I re-insert it, KDE sees it and asks what to do, not like after the first insertion. Perhaps, there happens some timeout (because LiveCD is a bit slow on loading things?). Or some other reason, I have no good idea. Steps to Reproduce: 1. boot the LiveCD 2. insert a USB flash stick 3. look at what `mount' says, or the list of storage devices in KDE Actual Results: the flash stick is not mounted, there happened some error: a line from /var/log/daemons/errors: Feb 5 02:18:29 localhost udevd-event[3539]: wait_for_sysfs: waiting for '/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.7/usb1/1-5/1-5:1.0/host2/target2:0:0/2:0:0:0/ioerr_cnt' failed Output of dmesg | tail -20 (that's all relevant info): usb 1-5: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 3 usb 1-5: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice scsi2 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices usb-storage: device found at 3 usb-storage: waiting for device to settle before scanning Vendor: Model: USB DISK 2.0 Rev: PMAP Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 00 SCSI device sdb: 16121856 512-byte hdwr sectors (8254 MB) sdb: Write Protect is off sdb: Mode Sense: 23 00 00 00 sdb: assuming drive cache: write through SCSI device sdb: 16121856 512-byte hdwr sectors (8254 MB) sdb: Write Protect is off sdb: Mode Sense: 23 00 00 00 sdb: assuming drive cache: write through sdb: sdb1 sd 2:0:0:0: Attached scsi removable disk sdb sd 2:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg2 type 0 usb-storage: device scan complete tg3: eth0: Link is down.
