Desktop 4.0.2 LiveCD

The first time the flash memory stick is not automatically mounted. If I use the
`mount' command then, it works. If I re-insert it, KDE sees it and asks what to
do, not like after the first insertion.

Perhaps, there happens some timeout (because LiveCD is a bit slow on loading
things?). Or some other reason, I have no good idea.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot the LiveCD
2. insert a USB flash stick
3. look at what `mount' says, or the list of storage devices in KDE
Actual Results:  
the flash stick is not mounted, there happened some error: a line from
/var/log/daemons/errors:
