The info page says install has --target-dircetory option, but  install doesn\'t
accept it as valid.

touch a; mkdir d; install --target-directory d a
install: unrecognized option `--target-directory\'

I hope it\'s not a typo. I think the intention to have --target-dierctory
option in coreutils where possible is very good; it makes using coreutils with
xargs simpler.

I planned to do it when I implemented it for those other
commands, but never got around to it, then forgot :-)
