Of course, empty catalogue is not correct, but a segfault is also not correct,
it should exit with an error code if there is an error.

(The configfile xfs-debug-config2 with empty catalogue will be attached. I wrote
it while localizing the bug https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14896 .)
Steps to Reproduce:
# xfs -user xfs -port -1 -config ./xfs-debug-config2
xfs error: CONFIG: missing value for parameter "catalogue"
Segmentation fault
# 


Expected Results:  
It exits with an error code if there is an error.

Чтобы не было segfault и core, а только сообщение об ошибки и выход.
