If we ask for \"rua, ruan, ru_group3\", _console_ is configured for \"ua-KOI8-R\"

Для того чтобы все работало. надо сделать раскладки rua,ruan,ru_groups3 для кодировок
cp1251 и koi8-r.

Инсталлятор совершенно прав, делая кодировку для keymaps той же, что и для всего остального.

Андрей Добровольский подсказал, что ua-KOI8-U содержит и русскую раскладку.

Поэтому надо сделать или симлинк, или копию (ua-KOI8-R -> ua-KOI8-U), или забить ua-KOI8-U в хэш для выборки при использовании одной из трех упомянутых раскладок.

console-tools-0.2.3-ipl16mdk: add ua-KOI8-R.kmap as an alias for ua.kmap (same as ua-KOI8-U.kmap).
