$ man chkconfig | col -b | sed -n '/SEE ALSO/,/^$/p'
SEE ALSO
       init(8) ntsysv(8) system-config-services(8)

There are no ntsysv(8) and system-config-services(8) manpages at all now (AFAIK, the ntsysv package is no longer used in ALT distributions). I think these two links should be deleted.
