при запущенном kmail с учётной записью IMAP, за несколько часов в .xsession-errors:0 было записано 9 гигабайт строк:
kio_imap4(2181)/kio (kioslave) KIO::SlaveBase::error: error() called twice! Please fixe the KIO slave!

Потом диск кончился...
