too wide GB_REPO_REL_SUFF_MUST_NOT:
should be *.M[4-9][0-9]*, not *.M[4-9]*

reason: *.M[4-9]* covers pretty legal .M4, which is Milestone 4 and
can't be misinterpreted as *.M[4-9][0-9]* which is our 
current scheme for M4x, M50, M51, M50P.
