نام فایل بد هستند farsi.ldf در

In the file /usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/arabi/farsi.ldf styles 
Arabicore.sty and Arabiftoday.sty are used while these files are renamed to arabicore.sty and arabiftoday.sty. Rename them back or fix farsi.ldf, please.

ping. Пока не исправлено.
Хочется либо заменить заглавные буквы на строчные в словах Arabicore.sty и  Arabiftoday.sty в файле usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/arabi/farsi.ldf,
либо переименовать соответствующие файлы.
