In the help message, the format (the units) of time period is not described:


$ parsecvs -h | fgrep -1 -- commit-time-window
 -v --version                    Print version
 -w --commit-time-window=WINDOW  Time window for commits
$ 

So, it's not clear how to use it correctly.

I've found the answer -- http://git.altlinux.org/people/ldv/packages/?p=parsecvs.git;a=blob;f=revlist.c#l105 :

time_t is for seconds, so the option value is assumed to be in minutes, and the default is 60 min.
