Репозиторий - локальная почти полная копия Sisyphus, индексы генерируются самостоятельно с моим gpg-ключом, в sources.list проверка ключа указана (rpm [vyt] ...)

apt-get update работает нормально.

Поразительно, теперь и у меня работает. Правда, индексы уже родные от ALT.
