+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #27342 +++

gpg-agent --enable-ssh-support is a bad replacement for ssh-agent.
The latter is launched by default from Xsession using /etc/X11/profile.d/ssh-agent.sh, so there is no benefit from launching the former.
