Было бы неплохо иметь возможность (ключик) указывать собственный sources.list
для hasher'а.
Как вариант (мне кажется, более удобный) - сохранять/восстанавливать
<builddir>/aptbox/etc/apt/sources.list

Я так не думаю, ибо для решения таких задач есть более общий параметр --apt-config, 
с помощью которого можно передать свой apt.conf, в котором, в свою очередь, 
переопределить Dir::Etc::SourceList.  Hasher умеет работать с этим.
