И тут http://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/ его нет.

Была произведена неоднократная проверка. Каждый раз была обнаружена данная ошибка.

В курсе, буду обновлять до .10, там вроде есть плагин.

Сегодня искал плагин hplip и 
здесь http://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/ hplip-3.17.9-plugin.run есть

обновляться все равно нужно было. так что ок.
