Начал собирать новый пакет, не собирается в Сизиф: https://git.altlinux.org/tasks/290015/
При этом в p10 собралось без проблем и костылей (https://git.altlinux.org/tasks/290442/).

Начал подкладывать костыли (см. спек в районе строки 31), но даже их Карго игнорирует.
Советовался с апстримом программы, они ничего не подсказали.

В целом считаю это регрессией, т.к. в p10 собирается.

с rust-1.57.0 пакет всё ещё не собирается, но ошибка уже другая.
