xapp-sn-watcher открывает меню приложений через раз, то есть закрыть Telegram Desktop, Discord и т.п. чаще всего невозможно. При запуске через командную строку выдаёт следующее
./xapp-sn-watcher 

(xapp-sn-watcher:23523): Gtk-WARNING **: 16:13:34.291: Failed to register client: GDBus.Error:org.gnome.SessionManager.AlreadyRegistered: Unable to register client
