I observed this in this form -- bug report.

I couldn\'t typ in the values in the fields Version and Summary.

Description could be typed in, so I typed the values there, and cut-n-pasted them into the two other fields -- it worked. Delete key also didn\'t work in those fields.

I tried to reloa the page, but the bug was still there. After started the next bug report, it wasn\'t there any more.
