Running apt-get install terminfo-extra fails, a lot of db-related error msgs are printed (attached). After that, rpm -q works. rpm -q terminfo-extra says terminfo-extra is not installed while in the syslog, it is written that the package has been installed.

I have not performed any actions which could modify the RPM database, if it is needed to find out the reason of the bug.

Disk space is not the reason: 300M are free.

Я не умею это воспроизводить.
Версии rpm и db с тех пор существенно изменились.
