Mozilla does not report success after installing langruru099.xpi from your site. After restarting it shows only big window with message below:

It can be reanimated only by removing $HOME/.mozilla/<profile>/chrome/chrome.rdf.
There is Russian set as default language in View|Languages and Web content, but all messages are in English.

BTW mozilla 0.9.9 rejects this packeage and says \'langruru099.xpi: chrome registration failed\'.
Mozilla\'s debug messages can be attached on request.
