При организации ftp-сервера с помощью alterator-vsftpd получается доступ  только с адреса 127.0.0.1.
Если в конфиг /etc/xinetd.d/vsftpd руками внести опцию only_from = 0.0.0.0 , то доступ предоставляется всем.
Хотелось бы, что бы при организации ftp-сервера альтератором, руками ничего править не приходилось.
