That gnulib patch might fix this package:

Или лучше обновить libidn? Там уже 2 новых версии вышло.

Лучше, конечно, если там ничего не сломали.
Но если gnulib в новой версии недостаточно свежий, то патч на gnulib тоже может понадобиться.
