git-core версии 1.5.1.6-alt2.

[root@als /]# git-remote
-bash: git-remote: command not found
[root@als /]# git remote
git: 'remote' is not a git-command
...

При этом по changelog'у git'а git-remote был добавлен в git-1.5.0 (http://
www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/RelNotes-1.5.0.txt)
