wine-vanilla-1.1.26-alt2.1 (The same is true for wine-1:1.1.29-alt2 after correctly specifying the ports in the Registry.)

I ran the plotcut .exe program (downloadable from http://www.dgi-net.ru/support/downloads.html#d12 ):

In the program, I draw a rectangle and tried to send it to COM1 (the button "Плоттер", the rightmost one), but it didn't show a progress dialog, and wine printed the cited error messages.

Похоже ничего не изменилось, т.к. это stub до сих пор не реализован в текущем wine.
