При настройке через ipp://10.88.129.39 драйвер выбирается автоматом, но выводит сообщение об неустановленной программе фильтра, после чего тестовая печать не проходит.

С драйвером "Generic PCL 6/PCL XL Printer Foomatic/pxlmono" всё работает.

Там еще и пакеты с драйверами могут фигурировать и сам cups.

Это я намусорил локально файлами из скачанного с оф.сайта драйвера.
