Steps to reproduce:
Create task
Invoke task delsub NUMBER 100 twice

Actual results:
See two reports "task #NUMBER: removed subtask #100"

Expected results:
Second report should be like "task #NUMBER: subtask #100 is already removed, cannot proceed"
