С сентября 2004 доступна GPL-версия Ghostscript 8.15. В ветке 8.x помимо прочего
содержатся улучшения в части создания PDF.

Хорошо, только мы пользуемся веткой ESP Ghostscript. 
 
Всё соберу как только будет время.
