В пакет xen-3.0.3-alt1 упакованы файлы %_man1dir/qemu.1.bz2 
и %_man1dir/qemu-img.1.gz, дублирующие аналогичные файлы из qemu-0.8.2-alt1. 

В итоге, поставить одновременно оба пакета одновременно невозможно.
Steps to Reproduce:
# apt-get install xen qemu
Actual Results:  
file /usr/share/man/man1/qemu-img.1.gz conflicts between attempted installs of 
xen-3.0.3-alt1 and qemu-0.8.2-alt1
file /usr/share/man/man1/qemu.1.bz2 conflicts between attempted installs of 
xen-3.0.3-alt1 and qemu-0.8.2-alt1

Пардон,не заметил. Ушло в инкаминг alt2.
