Build before 1.0.4 contained the useful command-line utility
seamonkey-xremote-client, which provided the possibility to send commands to the
already started seamonkey as follows:

$ seamonkey-xremote-client "openurl(http://lingvo.yandex.ru/, new-window)"
$ seamonkey-xremote-client "openurl(about:blank, new-window)"

Currently this functionality is not available.
