Невозможно указать сервер для соединения явным образом. Точнее этот параметр
игнорируется. При коннекте всегда используется сервер по умолчанию.

Перепутаны поля "Сервер" и "Указать сервер явно".
Баг в апстриме висит.

Пробовал менять местами. Всеравно не соединяется. По крайней мере для коннекта
на talk.google.com:5223 либо виснет на попытке соединения либо выдает ошибку XML.

(and was apparently unmaintained last two years or so)
