На странице, открывающейся по этому symlink'у, естественно, не работают 
ссылки. Надо бы перенести его в /usr/share/doc/blender-docs/html/

blender-doc такого пакета нет, есть пакет blender и документация в нём в 
файлах :

rpm -ql blender | grep /doc
/usr/share/doc/blender-2.45
/usr/share/doc/blender-2.45/BlenderQuickStart.pdf
/usr/share/doc/blender-2.45/README
/usr/share/doc/blender-2.45/blender.html
/usr/share/doc/blender-2.45/release_245.txt

Пакет blender-docs с более чем 40М документации из Blender Documentation 
Project сейчас находится в orphaned. Я собирался взять этот пакет, но Blender 
Documentation Project переехал с CVS на Wiki. CVS теперь недоступен.
Баг закрываю.
