Раньше, чтобы сменить шрифт в интерфейсе OpenOffice, необходимо было 
выполнить замену Andale Sans UI на что-либо более подходящее. Сломали?

Сервис -> Параметры -> OpenOffice.org -> Вид -> Использовать системный шрифт 
для интерфейса
