When I try play/recode AMR file, I got error:

Output #0, mp3, to 'o.mp3':
  Stream #0.0: Audio: libmp3lame, 8000 Hz, mono, 64 kb/s
Stream mapping:
  Stream #0.0 -> #0.0
[libamr_nb @ 0xa7d4baa4]AMR-NB library libamrnb.so.2 could not be opened! 
libamrnb.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Error while opening codec for input stream #0.0

Please, read /usr/share/doc/libavcodec-$VERSION/README.ALT-AMR
