Description StrA~ 2002-09-17 12:13:36 MSD 
It show ukrainian letters (ukr \"i\", ukr \"yi\", ukr \"ye\" etc) incorectly. For example, it show \"ukr i\" as ascii \"v\". I think that it take corresponding code in iso8859-5 encoding and set eight bit to zero but only for ukrainian letters (Russian letters are shown correctly.) 
Comment: emacs-nox has not such bug
