Предлагается добавить в autoreconf код, который при наличии в конфигурируемых
исходниках макроса IT_PROG_INTLTOOL вызывал бы intltoolize, с опциональным
флагом --force, если в autoreconf передан -f. Патчи готовятся, но хотелось бы
сразу получить одобрение мейнтейнера на саму идею.

Тогда вот. Также можно посмотреть на /people/ktirf/packages/autoconf_2.5.git,
из которого был успешно собран бинарный пакет, в свою очередь успешно
опробованный на сборке одного из пострадавших (file-roller в варианте без
явного вызова intltoolize).
В принципе после приложения этого патча сборка пострадавших от нового intltool
должна проходить нормально. Но хотелось бы провести тестовую пересборку Сизифа
с обновлённым autoconf, если возможно.
